Shipping policy

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days, but this may vary during busy periods
  
  
• Shipping prices calculated and available at checkout
  
  
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 48hours for tracking information to be updated and available, and note you must track your delivery directly with the courier (currently Royal Mail)
  
  
• Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend or change the delivery address
  
  
• We do not currently have shipping options to Europe, this will change in the near future.
  
  
• The customer will be liable for all customs tax and duty payable, if necessary
  
  
• If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to us, we will contact you regarding a refund. If we do not receive instructions from you within 2 weeks we will automatically refund your order
  
  
• Please be mindful of national delivery strikes at the time of your order, as they may slightly impact the delivery and shipping of your order
